Full Bathroom Renovation & Underfloor Heating Installation – Rugby.
This project involved a complete bathroom renovation in a compact 3m x 2m space, requiring careful planning and smart use of every available inch.
The existing layout was outdated and inefficient, with poor water pressure, limited functionality, and inadequate ventilation. The space required a full strip-out back to brick, along with major upgrades to plumbing, electrics, and overall structure.
We carried out a full redesign and transformation of the bathroom, including the installation of an 80x80 shower enclosure, a wall-hung toilet with Geberit frame, a modern basin with a fitted vanity unit, and a heated towel rail.
Full Plumbing & Heating Installation for HMO Conversion – Student Accommodation Project
This project involved a complete plumbing and heating installation across two residential properties undergoing full HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) conversion — transforming standard homes into high-capacity student accommodation.
Each property was reconfigured to maximise occupancy, increasing from 3 bedrooms to 5 and 6 bedrooms respectively, with fully integrated en-suite facilities in every room.
We delivered a full system design and installation, including hot and cold water distribution, central heating, and drainage infrastructure throughout both properties.
Bedroom to Bathroom Conversion & Full Plumbing Upgrade – Chesterfield
This project involved the full conversion of an existing bedroom into a modern, fully functional bathroom, alongside a complete kitchen reconfiguration on the ground floor.
The property presented significant structural challenges, including uneven floor levels due to ground movement, requiring precise levelling and careful planning to ensure long-term stability and proper drainage.
We carried out a full strip-out of the bedroom, exposing the structure and preparing the space for a complete plumbing and heating installation.
New Build Plumbing & Heating Experience – Multi-Site Contractor Work
Our team has extensive experience working as a plumbing and heating contractor across multiple new build residential developments.
During these projects, we were responsible for the installation and connection of full bathroom suites, including toilets, basins, baths, and showers, as well as kitchen plumbing systems and heating components.

Bathroom Tap & Shower Repair – Weybridge, Surrey
The customer was experiencing ongoing issues with worn and corroded bath taps, making them difficult to operate.
The diverter mechanism had completely jammed, preventing proper switching between the bath and shower. Several fittings were also starting to leak or had become fully seized.
Boiler Installation & Upgrade – South London
The customer required a replacement of an outdated Worcester boiler with a newer, more efficient and powerful model to improve heating performance and reliability.
While the installation appeared straightforward initially, the property presented several on-site challenges that required careful planning and precise execution to ensure full system compatibility.
Full Plumbing & Heating Package - 6-Storey Mixed-Use Building, Central London
This was a large-scale, long-term project in Central London - a full mechanical installation across a six-storey building that included both commercial office spaces and residential flats on the upper levels.
