Full Bathroom Renovation &
Underfloor Heating Installation – Rugby
This project involved a complete bathroom renovation in a compact 3m x 2m space, requiring careful planning and smart use of every available inch.
The existing layout was outdated and inefficient, with poor water pressure, limited functionality, and inadequate ventilation.
The space required a full strip-out back to brick, along with major upgrades to plumbing, electrics, and overall structure. We carried out a full redesign and transformation of the bathroom, including the installation of an 80x80 shower enclosure, a wall-hung toilet with Geberit frame, a modern basin with a fitted vanity unit, and a heated towel rail.
Due to structural constraints, including reinforced areas where standard drilling was not possible, we developed alternative solutions for ventilation and pipe routing, ensuring minimal external disruption while maintaining full compliance and performance.
The entire plumbing system was reinstalled to improve water flow and pressure across all fixtures. We also installed underfloor heating, levelled the floors and walls, and optimised the layout to maximise usable space in a very compact environment.
Additional features included a smart toilet seat with heating functionality, illuminated mirror installation, and a fully upgraded electrical system designed for modern usage and safety.
Beyond the bathroom, we also completed improvements to the first-floor landing, including door replacements, structural adjustments to eliminate floor noise, and full redecoration.
The final result is a high-spec, fully optimised bathroom and living space, combining functionality, efficiency, and modern design — all delivered within a challenging and
restricted layout.
